1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The policy contains information on the rules applicable to the use of the Website https://skyavia.com.ua, distributed by LLC "AVIATION CENTER" SKY " (hereinafter – AC SKY), a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, USREOU code 34435316, including the rules for processing personal data of users (hereinafter - the Policy).

This Policy is mandatory for the AC SKY and Users of the AC SKY website.

AC SKY reserves the right to make changes to the Policy at any time. The policy, its new version and relevant changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the AC SKY website.

By accessing the Website, Users agree to abide by the Policy in effect at the time of such access. If Users refuse to comply with any of the provisions of the Policy, AC SKY is asking Users to refrain from using the Website.

The rights to the Website and all Materials posted on it belong to AC SKY.

Users can send a request or complaint regarding Personal Data to the representatives of AC SKY on data protection to the e-mail address info@skyavia.com.ua. Users also have the right to contact the competent authorities in the field of personal data protection.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

AC SKY transfers Personal Data to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of collecting and processing Personal Data in respect of which such collection and processing was previously carried out directly by AC SKY.

AC SKY carries out such transfer of Personal Data only in case of need, in the minimum necessary for this purpose, for the minimum term.
In order to properly fulfill its contractual obligations, in particular with regard to improving the operation and maintenance of the Website, AC SKY may transfer Personal Data:

If the User makes a reservation or orders the services of AC SKY on behalf of another person (persons), the User is obliged to obtain the prior consent of such persons to perform the booking / order of the service, notifying the further transfer of AC SKY their personal data and data. Such Users are responsible for the accuracy of such data. In the process of booking / ordering the service, such User represents the legitimate interests of such person, ie he must inform this person about the conditions of booking / ordering the service and the terms of this Policy.

All operational messages sent to one participant of the reservation / service order will also be sent to other persons specified in one reservation.
